To Our Trappers:
This year’s shoot is scheduled for Saturday, August 29. We will have a mandatory Trapper training on Sunday, August 23 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. You will be instructed in shooting safety, trap operation, leadership, and Southern sporting courtesy. A group photograph will be made and supper will be provided. The now world-famous High Cotton Trapper Shoot will be held on Sunday, August 30 where the Trappers get to shoot the course and compete for terrific prizes.
What you can expect this year: Hard work, great people, hot sun, cold water, sweat, good food, long hours, and one priceless High Cotton Trapper hat.
What not to expect: Horseplay, cruising on 4-wheelers, goofing off, your girlfriend, and whining.
